Stock Prices and Availability

Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude New Zealand (GST) of 15%. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All Verbal quotations are subject to written confirmation. If an item is not available in stock when you order, we will let you know the ETA date. WinMac Solutions cannot guarantee products will always be available in stock when you place your order. All specials and promotions are limited to stock on hand. All purchase for Academic purpose require proof of Student, Teacher identity, institutes or school order.


WinMac does not take responsibility for insurance and risk on any Product which are delivered to you. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.

Payment and Title

Payment shall be made by one of the following options: Direct Credit, Cash, EFTPOS, QCard, Farmers Card Credit Card (VISA, & Master Card Only) (surcharge will apply for Credit Card, QCard and Farmers Card). The customer can select their payment option during the ordering process. Purchase orders are accepted at our discretion for corporate and educational orders. All purchase orders must include a contact person and phone number so that the order can be processed. Ownership of goods is subject to full payment on invoice.

Return of Goods

Prior to returning any goods please contact us on (09) 818 4480 or email sales@winmac.co.nz to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Each manufacturer has its own procedures and time frame in which WinMac can accept returns on their behalf.

We require the following information when you contact us for a RMA number: Customer Name, Invoice Number, and the reason for return. Any opened packages of software will not be returned unless it is faulty, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Any defective product will be accepted directly by us for repair or replacement at our discretion. Any damage to goods whilst in transit, is the responsibility of the shipper. Any goods being returned to us for warranty repair or replacement are to be labelled and consigned in accordance with our Goods Return procedures.

Refund Policy

WinMac Solutions do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. If the product is faulty we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.


Goods are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties only. WinMac Solutions will pass on the benefit of those warranties to you, without itself being directly liable to you under any warranty. Where goods are subject to a return to base warranty, you are responsible for returning them to WinMac Solutions or the manufacturer (as stated on the Invoice) and you may be responsible for additional costs including (but not limited to) freight. Warranty may be voided if the product is damaged or modified by the end user, problems caused by the software, negligent installation or operation, cleaning and unauthorised repairs.

These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
